Remember the Alamo

Well we finally made it to the last mission in San Antonio...The Alamo! It was such a beautiful day to take a field trip to downtown SA. Once there we realized that Fiesta was kicking off that day at 5pm. Thank God we left the Alamo at 4:30. We had a lot of fun learning about the battle of the Alamo and I was inspired by the number of men from other countries and states that came to defend the Alamo. Here are a few pictures of our day there and a few pics of my sisters wearing dresses our Nana had made in Nicaragua for them. The lady who made them used to make dresses for mommy.
